These Terms govern use of kryzaleum.com and participation in driving workshops.

1. Operator and Identification

kryzaleum.com is operated by kryzaleum.com LLC, EDRPOU 20162610, Business Center 'Leonardo', 12 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Managing Director: Anna Roth. Business identification is published under Закон України від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII «Про електронну комерцію», Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015.

2. Use, Bookings and Prices

By using the site you accept these Terms and agree to use it lawfully without disrupting, copying or misusing content or services. Workshop bookings are confirmed subject to availability and payment; participants must meet requirements and follow safety rules. Prices are in UAH, taxes included; payment uses the methods offered on the site.

3. Consumer Rights and Disputes

Consumers receive complete, accurate information about services, prices, terms and out-of-court dispute resolution under Закон України від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX «Про захист прав споживачів», Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023. Contact contact@kryzaleum.com first.

4. Personal Data and Cookies

We process personal data on a lawful basis, usually consent, under Закон України від 20.06.2024 № 3687-IX «Про захист персональних даних», Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 20.06.2024. Cookies collecting personal data need prior informed consent with a refusal option, under the same law and Закон України від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX «Про електронні комунікації».

5. Advertising

Advertising is truthful and not misleading under Закон України від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР «Про рекламу». Licensed services show license details.

6. Liability and Changes

We are not liable for indirect losses except where law provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here.
