Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the conditions for refunds or cancellations of workshop bookings on kryzaleum.com, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
Cancellation by Participant
- 7+ days before start: full refund.
- 3–7 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days or no-show: no refund.
Cancellation by Organizer
If we cancel, you get a full refund within 14 days.

Use the form below or email contact@kryzaleum.com. Include booking details. Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023, consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution. Contact us first; if unresolved, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
